Terms of use
The rules for using Spiral by MK Golf, written so you can read them in a few minutes.
Version of 14 October 20261. Who runs the app
These terms set out how to use the Spiral by MK Golf app (formerly Player zone) at spiralgolf.app. The app is run by [to be filled in] ("we"). Contact: kontakt@mkgolfvoice.pl.
The app is a service provided electronically. By using it you accept these terms. How we handle data is described in the separate privacy policy.
2. Terms used
- User: anyone with an account in the app.
- Player: a user who logs their practice.
- Coach: a user with the coach role who works with players, plans their practice and can create their own drills.
- Account: access to the app tied to one email address.
3. Account and technical requirements
- An account is free. It is created with an email address, usually with an invite code from a coach. You sign in with a link or a code sent by email, with no password.
- One account is for one person. Use your real name, so your coach knows whose results they are.
- Look after access to your email inbox, because that is what opens your account.
- A person under 16 may use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You need a device with an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), internet access and an email address.
4. Using the app
Use the app lawfully and with respect for others. In particular, you must not:
- enter unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes other people's rights (e.g. in notes and comments);
- pretend to be someone else or use another person's account;
- try to get around security, download other users' data or load the app in a way that disrupts it.
5. Coach and player
- A coach sees the results of the players who joined them and uses them only to guide their practice.
- A coach is responsible for the content of their drills, plans, notes and comments.
- A player can ask their coach to remove them at any time, or delete their account. A coach can remove a player.
- Agreements between a coach and a player (for example about lessons and their price) are made between them, outside the app; we are not a party to them.
6. Content in the app
- Built-in drills, descriptions, graphics and the app's design are protected by copyright. You may use them in the app for your own practice.
- A drill created by a coach remains theirs. By creating it, the coach lets us store it and show it to their players in the app, including after the coach deletes their account if the players have already played it (so they keep their history).
- Your results are yours. You can download them at any time in Account.
7. What the app is for
The app is a practice tool. Levels, comparisons with PGA TOUR averages and hints are indicative and worked out automatically from the scores you enter. They are not medical advice or a guarantee of results. Practise in a way that suits your abilities.
8. Fees
The current version of the app is free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance, and any payment will need your clear consent. Features you use for free will not become paid without you knowing.
9. How the app runs
The app is being developed all the time. We work to keep it running without interruptions, but short technical breaks and changes to its look or features can happen. We protect the data with daily backups.
10. Complaints
If something doesn't work as it should, write to kontakt@mkgolfvoice.pl: describe the problem and give your account's email address. We reply within 14 days.
11. Deleting your account and changes to these terms
- You can delete your account at any time in the Account tab. Deletion takes effect at once and ends the agreement.
- We may block an account that seriously breaks these terms (e.g. impersonation, unlawful content), after first asking for it to stop, or without warning in serious cases.
- We will announce changes to these terms in the app at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree with a change, you can delete your account before it takes effect.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. They do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law. If you are a consumer, you can get help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the regional Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
